AI training & agentic development

Hands-on AI training, taught on-site

I’m Morten Elk. For the last three years I’ve built AI into real products and developer workflows. I run two hands-on workshops on-site at your location, and I help teams put AI to work in their own process.

On-site at your location · 3–4.5 hours · Hands-on, not slides

Workshops

Two focused, hands-on sessions. Pick the one that fits your team — or get in touch and I’ll help you choose.

AI Intro

3 hours

A foundational, hands-on introduction to working with AI tools, based on Claude — for everyone, no coding required.

Who it’s for

Anyone in the organisation who wants to use AI well in daily work. No technical background needed.

What you’ll learn

  • Where todays AI tools can provide new strength
  • Writing clear prompts and getting reliable results
  • Using AI for everyday tasks: writing, summarising, research, analysis, Excel work, and automated workflows like writing standardised offers based on internal guidelines
  • How to understand prompting
  • Based on 4 real-world practical examples, solving real problems, easy to generalise to your own work
You’ll leave able to: Use AI with confidence in your own work.

AI Dev

4.5 hours

AI-assisted software development, based on Claude Code — using AI coding agents to build and change real code.

Who it’s for

Developers and technical teams who want a practical, repeatable way to work with AI coding tools.

What you’ll learn

  • Driving real changes in a real codebase with an AI agent
  • Reviewing, steering, and correcting AI-generated code
  • Where AI speeds you up — and where to keep your hands on the wheel
  • How to predictably let AI autonomously run project, delivering correct code to scoope, no more, no less
  • Work with a procuction-grade harness, built for reliability and autonomy
  • Letting you AI agent auto-document its work as part of the workflow
You’ll leave able to: Build software with AI agents working autonomously and reliably on larger projects.

How the workshops run

On-site

I come to you and teach on-site at a location you provide.

Hands-on

Your team works with the tools throughout — not just watching slides.

Guided

I’m there throughout to guide and coach as you work.

In pairs

You work in pairs, for maximal reflection, inspiration, and learning.

Follow-up implementation and consulting

Tailored

We start with an opening conversation about your organisation, your development process, and the specifics of your situation, and from there we agree on a concrete project. That might be a single, focused implementation of the techniques from a workshop, or an ongoing engagement where we capture more gains over time and adapt the approach ever more closely to how you work.

What it can cover

  • A solid documentation foundation for your company and codebase, so AI agents have the best possible context to work in
  • Integrating AI across your whole software development lifecycle — or reshaping the lifecycle so AI fits it well
  • Investigating and spec’ing specific projects you want to build with agentic development
  • Scoping AI features you want to build into your own products

Who it’s for

Teams that want to move from trying AI to genuinely running on it — often straight after a workshop, but not necessarily.

Format

Delivered on its own or as a follow-up to a workshop, on-site or remote — a one-off engagement or an ongoing collaboration.

The result: AI agentic development working in your real process — tuned to your codebase and your team.

About Morten

I’m a seasoned developer and entrepreneur. Over the last three years I’ve worked on a series of AI projects, with AI-driven features and agentic development workflows central to all of them. I teach from current, hands-on practice rather than theory.
